well i don't think you can because as far as I'm aware, OpenGL is only supported on C, C++ and VisualBasic( I would suggest C++).
Reply:If you search google for "C# OpenGL" you will be presented w/ a few viable options. The first two are the ExoEngine which should give you a good stepping stone and the 2nd is the Csgl project which is just a .net wrapper for the opengl libraries.
