I guess you cant since Symbian phone using SymbianOS. To run C#.NET on mobile devices you need .NET compact framework which is available to Windows Platform exclusively. You can use Java with J2ME technology. Your phone should have the Java Virtual Machine already (most of the games in modern mobile phone were written in Java).
