Whats the difference between (visual c++ .net) and (visual c# .net)?

C++.net is mostly Micro$oft's version of C++. It mostly follows the C++ standard. If you learned any other version of C++ you'll be fine with this version.

C#.net is Micro$oft's "improved" version of C++ that actually simplified C++ some. C# is nearly the same as C++ so if you learned C++ much will remain the same. You'll have to pretend you don't know some stuff and learn some new things.

If you learn C++ or C#, you won't have a difficult time transitioning to one or the other. They both are similar much like C is the parent of C++ and they all follow the basic C syntax.

Pick up a book on each of them. I know there are a few geared more for C++ programmers transitioning since C++ came first.
