How to write application(Using ASP.NET and C#) for data transfer from computer to mobile through Bluetooth?

Hi,I am going to write one application in .NET(asp.net and C#)where we have some files, these files may be text or mp3. First these files have to be change in form so they can transferred. These files have to be transfered to any mobile through Bluetooth. Can anybody share their knowledge regarding this.
